The driver I'm using now is dated and version 6. I downloaded the newest Beta Drivers listed as compatible with Windows 7 from the Creative web site. You wanted to manually install the drivers by pointing Device Manager to it, point it to XFTI_PCDRV_LB_2_17_0007\Drivers\wdm. Sound Blaster X-FI Fatality Driver Install Issue The X-Fi Fatality works fine in my Vista drive, but when I log into Windows 7, it shows up in the Device manager as a Multimedia Audio Controller and cannot find any drivers. It worked for me under Vista, I didn't have to do that here. In there is a setup.exe that can be used to "Brute Force" install the drivers.
